Longer length boot cuff which can be worn Lacy or ribbed edge up. 
So ribbed edge inside boot and Lacy edge on show. Or visa-versa and rib edge on show/rolled over top of your boot.
Please measure your size carefully….please measure your ankle/calf depending on what length boot you plan to wear.
